The project is directed to:
favor integration of migrants and refugees
give the possibility to this target group to develop job opportunities as entrepreneurs
also help the national economies of the countries that host them
In fact the target group could become a very useful workforce for the European countries they could help the local economies becoming new entrepreneurs and producing prosperity.
So the project is directed to a group often at risk of exclusion the project has a primary goal to encourage to develope qualifications in VET to support the personal development of the target group.
Since migrants and refugees represent a group that is often at risk of exclusion, the project’s primary objective is to make available, train and encourage the development of professional qualifications that help these people in their careers.
In this sense, the project pursues the strategic objectives of international cooperation established in the Copenhagen process in the field of vocational education and training and follows the guidelines of the Europe 2020 strategy.
The REUERHC project intends, in 27 months of activity, to:
support the integration of migrants and refugees
give them training opportunities
help them develop autonomous companies
guide their cultural growth with various products
To do this, the project intends to develop 4 different intellectual outputs and organize 5 transnational project meetings, 1 joint staff training event, 6 multiplier events and a wide dissemination campaign suitable for the planned activities (with project logo, website, 4 newsletters, Facebook page of the project, Facebook group, conferences and press releases, a video spot to promote the EC’s efforts, an eBook of best practices, the organization of multicultural festivals and public seminars and debates, etc. )The project also foresees the use of the Erasmus + dissemination platforms.
The project aims to:

- increase the motivation for the online training
- contribute to intercultural cooperation
- develop formal, non-formal and informal education
- improve the management of organizations
- create new job opportunities and new businesses

- increase the interventions for the most vulnerable people in the communities

Pro IFALL is located in the south of Sweden and was founded in 2015 with the main idea to develop non-formal education methods for young people. It is a SME with 3 people who are working for management and project development. There are also 5 experts working with non formal education and project development.
Pro IFALL is a small scale enterprise yet it is connected with non governmental organizations to build up the competences of the volunteers who can then work as expert on social issues and education. Pro IFALL has now 20 volunteers in its network who are future expert in several areas related to education. The main objective of Pro IFALL is to promote integration between cultures and counteract violence between cultures in Sweden and in other countries.
Crossing Borders (CB) is a non-profit, non-partisan civil society organization that is also accreditated for EVS as coordinating, hosting and sending organism.
The vision of CB is a world in peace with itself in which diversity is celebrated.
The mission is to create dialogue space toward such a world and to build the capacity of youth, media workers and educators to realize the above vision. The overall goal is to enable people with different backgrounds to learn to live together on equal terms.
