Context

The project is directed to:

favor integration of migrants and refugees
give the possibility to this target group to develop job opportunities as entrepreneurs
also help the national economies of the countries that host them

In fact the target group could become a very useful workforce for the European countries they could help the local economies becoming new entrepreneurs and producing prosperity.

So the project is directed to a group often at risk of exclusion the project has a primary goal to encourage to develope qualifications in VET to support the personal development of the target group.

Since migrants and refugees represent a group that is often at risk of exclusion, the project’s primary objective is to make available, train and encourage the development of professional qualifications that help these people in their careers.

In this sense, the project pursues the strategic objectives of international cooperation established in the Copenhagen process in the field of vocational education and training and follows the guidelines of the Europe 2020 strategy.

Aims

The REUERHC project intends, in 27 months of activity, to:

support the integration of migrants and refugees

give them training opportunities

help them develop autonomous companies

guide their cultural growth with various products

Planned Activities

To do this, the project intends to develop 4 different intellectual outputs and organize 5 transnational project meetings, 1 joint staff training event, 6 multiplier events and a wide dissemination campaign suitable for the planned activities (with project logo, website, 4 newsletters, Facebook page of the project, Facebook group, conferences and press releases, a video spot to promote the EC’s efforts, an eBook of best practices, the organization of multicultural festivals and public seminars and debates, etc. )The project also foresees the use of the Erasmus + dissemination platforms.

Impact

The project aims to:

  • reinforce motivation among partner organizations
  • strengthen cooperation, communication and experience for partner
  • increase the motivation for the online training
  • contribute to intercultural cooperation
  • develop formal, non-formal and informal education
  • improve the management of organizations
  • create new job opportunities and new businesses
  • promote social integration and tolerance
  • strengthen the European values of reception for migrants and refugees
  • increase the interventions for the most vulnerable people in the communities
  • improve community awareness on the needs of migrants and refugees.

Università Ca ‘Foscari di Venezia

Ca’ Foscari University of Venice has a national and international outstanding reputation for academic excellence in both teaching and research.
Established in 1868 as a Royal Business College, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice was the first educational institution in Italy to offer higher education in business and economics and the second in Europe.
Ca’ Foscari offers 4 main subject areas of teaching and research activities (economics, humanities, languages and sciences).
After the reorganization of the university academic structure implemented by the Italian Higher Education Reform, following the Bologna Process, Ca’ Foscari offers 23 First Cycle Degree Programmes and 38 Second Cycle Degree Programmes, 38 Specialist Master’s Programmes, 15 PhD Programmes.
Ca’ Foscari students can choose among 21 international Double and Joint Degree Programmes and 30 English-taught Degree Programmes and 1 EMJMD included in the University educational catalogue.

Euro-Net

It is a non-profit association that is effective or associate member of 58 international networks (of which 5 are European networks: EUROPE DIRECT, EUROGUIDANCE, EURODESK, SOLVIT and EBN-BUSINESS EUROPE & INNOVATION CENTER NETWORK). 
EURO-NET has 69 own antennas in 23 countries of Europe.
The association offers children, young people and adults these services:

  • information and project development center;
  • organization of training courses, exchanges and cultural, artistic or sports activities;
  • sector studies and research;
  • consulting, crisis support and prevention;
  • e-learning, networking, partnerships, master courses and workshops;
  • publications, newspapers and websites.

It has carried out over 410 European projects, in particular within the programs: Youth, Youth in Action, Socrates, Leonardo, LLP, Progress, Daphne, Life, E-Aid, Creative Europe Cultures, Erasmus Plus (KA1, KA2 and KA3), Representation in Italy of the EC, European Youth Foundation, Council of Europe, etc.

S.C. Predict CSD Consulting S.r.l.

S.C. Predict CSD Consulting S.r.l. is a company which was set up in 2006 and it is specialized in delivering training courses and consultancy in different fields, such as:

  • Youth work;
  • Recruitment and selection of personnel –simulation exercises;
  • Organizing events in tourism;
  • Stakeholders engagement;
  • Corporate Social Responsibility;
  • Project Management.

For the following period, the main target of the company is to develop online tools for different professions and to focus on preparation, recruitment, orientation and selection of personnel.

Pro IFALL

Pro IFALL is located in the south of Sweden and was founded in 2015 with the main idea to develop non-formal education methods for young people. It is a SME with 3 people who are working for management and project development. There are also 5 experts working with non formal education and project development.
Pro IFALL is a small scale enterprise yet it is connected with non governmental organizations to build up the competences of the volunteers who can then work as expert on social issues and education. Pro IFALL has now 20 volunteers in its network who are future expert in several areas related to education. The main objective of Pro IFALL is to promote integration between cultures and counteract violence between cultures in Sweden and in other countries.

Crossing Borders

Crossing Borders (CB) is a non-profit, non-partisan civil society organization that is also accreditated for EVS as coordinating, hosting and sending organism.
The vision of CB is a world in peace with itself in which diversity is celebrated.
The mission is to create dialogue space toward such a world and to build the capacity of youth, media workers and educators to realize the above vision. The overall goal is to enable people with different backgrounds to learn to live together on equal terms.

Kirsehir Valiligi

Governorship of Kirsehir is responsible for making actual of law, rules, regulations and decisions of Government. It is authorized in conducting these processes and in taking measures. In this sense it can enact generally. Also, it is responsible for regulating general management and state and controling of all situations in the province.
The institution is the leader of provincial administration and an organisational structure providing coordination between region and central administration.
Governorship of Kirşehir is administering 211.000 residents of the city in terms of Public administration and providing services.
